NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Nov. 2, 2026--S&P Global Ratings today assigned its'BB-'issue-level rating and'6'recovery rating to Science Applications International Corp.'s proposed $400 million senior unsecured notes due 2034. The'BB-'issue-level rating is in line with our rating on the company's existing senior unsecured notes and two notches below our rating on its existing first-lien debt. The'6'recovery rating indicates our expectation for negligible (0%-10%; rounded estimate: 0%) recovery in the event of a default. We expect SAIC will use the proceeds from this new debt to repay its existing $400 million senior unsecured notes due 2028. Our'BB+'issuer credit rating on SAIC is unchanged.
