SAN FRANCISCO (S&P Global Ratings) Sept. 29, 2017--S&P Global Ratings raised its issuer credit rating (ICR) to 'A' from 'A-' on San Miguel Electric Cooperative Inc. (San Miguel), Texas. We also raised the long-term component of our dual rating (A/A-1) to 'A' from 'A-' on the Atascosa County Industrial Development Corp.'s (IDC) series 2008 variable-rate pollution control refunding revenue bonds, issued for San Miguel. The outlook is stable.
