SAN FRANCISCO (S&P Global Ratings) May 6, 2022--We are correcting by withdrawing the 'A-' underlying rating (SPUR) on San Antonio, Texas' (San Antonio Water System, or SAWS), series 2020B water system junior-lien revenue bonds. The long-term rating on the bonds remains 'AA', based on our assessment of the creditworthiness of SAWS' parity junior-lien revenue bonds. On April 22, 2021, an underlying rating was assigned to this series in error.
