SAN FRANCISCO (Standard&Poor's) Sept. 10, 2008-- Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'A+' rating to Salem Hospital Facility Authority, Ore.'s 2008A hospital revenue bonds, issued on behalf of Salem Hospital Regional Health Services (Salem Hospital). In addition, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'A+' rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on the hospital's outstanding bonds. The outlook is stable.
