LONDON -- Standard&Poor's CreditWire 5/7/97 -- Standard&Poor's today has revised its outlook on Compagnie de Saint-Gobain S.A. (Saint- Gobain) and related entities to stable from negative. In addition, Standard&Poor's has affirmed Saint-Gobain's double-`A'-minus senior unsecured and `A-1'-plus commercial paper ratings.
