SAN FRANCISCO (S&P Global Ratings) Aug. 23, 2023--S&P Global Ratings raised its long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) to 'AA+' from 'AA' on the Sacramento County Sanitation Districts Financing Authority, Calif.'s existing senior-lien revenue bonds, issued for the Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District. The outlook is stable.
