Most of this growth (+13.3%) will stem from the full-year contribution of the two acquisitions (Scholle IPN and Evergreen Asia) made in 2022. The remainder (+6.6% growth) will relate to price increases or passthrough cost increases. We only expect limited volume growth as demand for aseptic cartons is relatively flat with slightly more growth in the acquired businesses (pouches and bag in box).
