Abstract:

LONDON (Standard&Poor's) April 9, 2009--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today corrected an error on the insurer financial strength rating on William Penn Life Insurance Co. of NY. On Feb. 25, 2009, we lowered the counterparty credit rating on William Penn Insurance Co. of NY. to 'AA-' from 'AA'. Due to an administrative error, the insurer financial strength rating on this entity was not changed and remained at 'AA' in our database. We have today corrected this to 'AA-'.
