Under our methodology applicable to government-related entities (GREs), we equalize the ratings on GREs with their related sovereign when we believe there is an "almost certain" likelihood that they would receive timely and sufficient extraordinary support from that sovereign. Consequently, following the rating actions taken on eurozone sovereigns on Jan. 13, 2012, we are taking similar actions on 25 eurozone GREs for which we believe the likelihood of extraordinary government support is "almost certain." At the same time, we are removing all ratings from CreditWatch with negative implications, where they were placed on Dec. 7, 2011. The outlooks on the GREs reflect those on their related eurozone sovereign. PARIS (Standard&Poor's) Jan. 17, 2012--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said
