Abstract:

NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Aug. 13, 2012--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it withdrew its '3' recovery rating on Lam Research Corp.'s senior unsecured convertible notes. Due to an error, we did not withdraw the recovery rating on the company's senior unsecured convertible notes when we raised our corporate credit rating on Lam Research to 'BBB-' from 'BB+' on April 25, 2012.
