NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Jan. 24, 2006--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA' rating to Ft. Benning Family Communities LLC (Fort Benning Housing Privatization Project), Ga.'s $216.3 million military 2006 series A class I bonds, its 'AA-' rating to Ft. Benning Family Communities LLC's $133.3 million class II bonds, and its 'A-' rating to Ft. Benning Family Communities LLC's $118.5 million class III bonds. The outlook is stable. "The ratings reflect our belief that Fort Benning located in Columbus, Ga. is highly essential to the U.S. Army and the Department of Defense (DoD) because it is the nation's primary infantry training center and the home of the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation," said Standard&Poor's credit
