NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Feb. 24, 2005--Standard&Poor's Rating Services said today that the acquisition of the general partner of TEPPCO Partners L.P. (BBB/Watch Neg/--) by Enterprise Products Co. Inc. (EPCO) will not affect the ratings or outlook on Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (BB+/Positive/--). EPCO is the majority owner of Enterprise Products Partners' general partner.
