BOSTON (Standard&Poor's) Oct. 8, 2014--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today has corrected its ratings on AbbVie Inc.'s senior unsecured notes. On July 18, 2014, we announced that we were placing our long-term ratings for AbbVie on CreditWatch with negative implications (see ?AbbVie Inc. 'A' Ratings Placed On CreditWatch Negative On Acquisition Of Shire plc,? July 18, 2014). Our systems now accurately reflect the CreditWatch status on the company's senior unsecured debt.
