NY -- Standard&Poor's CreditWire 7/2/97 -- Standard&Poor's has assigned its `A-1'-plus rating to San Francisco Airport Commission, Calif.'s $300 million subordinate commercial paper notes series A and B. The rating is based on an irrevocable LOC severally provided by Bayerische Landesbank Girozentrale (administrative agent) and Morgan Guaranty Trust Co. of New York. Note proceeds will finance a portion of the airport commission's $2.4 billion capital program.
