NY -- Standard&Poor's CreditWire 1/20/1999 – Standard&Poor's today assigned its single-`A' rating to Iowa Board of Regents' parking system revenue bonds series 1999A due July 1, 2002 and series 1999B due July 1, 2019, issued for State University of Iowa. Both bond series are dated Feb. 1, 1999. Additionally, Standard&Poor's raised its rating on Iowa State Board of Regents' outstanding debt issued for the university to double-`A'-minus from single-`A'-plus as follows: -- $97.01 million academic building revenue bonds series 1986, 1990-1992, 1992A, 1993, 1994-1996, -- $5.75 million athletic facilities revenue refunding bonds series 1992, and -- $3.62 million student health facilities revenue bonds series 1997.
