NY -- Standard&Poor's CreditWire 6/22/98 – Standard&Poor's today assigned its single-'A'-plus rating to California Health Facilities Financing Authority's insured health facility revenue bonds dated June 1, 1998 due June 1, 2023, issued for Clinicas Del Salud Del Pueblo. Clinicas Del Salud Del Pueblo is a 501(c)(3) corporation that provides primary health care to the low income and medically underserved populations of Imperial and Riverside counties, in southeastern California. Bond proceeds will be used to construct an outpatient clinic facility in Brawley, Calif. on land donated to the corporation. Security for this issue is based on California's Health Facilities Construction Loan Insurance Program ("Cal-Mortgage"). In the event of a default, the state can continue to make regularly
