NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Nov. 22, 2016--S&P Global Ratings has reinstated its 'AA+/A-1+' rating on Philadelphia, Pa.'s eighth series gas works revenue refunding bonds (1998 General Ordinance) due Aug. 1, 2031. At the same time S&P Global Ratings has reinstated its 'A' underlying rating on the same maturity. The outlook is stable.
