This report does not constitute a rating action. NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Nov. 6, 2026-- S&P Global Ratings today updated its list of reviewed firms that conduct third-party due diligence for U.S. residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS). Since our last published update on Oct. 24, 2025, Maxwell Diligence Solutions LLC (Maxwell Diligence), a third-party due diligence firm for U.S. RMBS, has undergone a change in ownership and control. Maxwell Diligence has been acquired by PLACE Inc., and its due diligence services will transition to PLACE Diligence Solutions LLC. We have reviewed the following third-party due diligence firms that conduct due diligence for U.S. RMBS, and they meet the assessment factors discussed in our U.S. RMBS criteria (see"Global Methodology
