The outlook is stable. The long-term rating and SPUR on the series 2003A bonds are based on the rating on Trinity River Authority's debt outstanding, issued for Ten Mile Creek (AA-/Stable). The series 2003A bonds are insured by National Public Finance Guarantee Corp. (A/Developing).
