NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Dec. 22, 2009--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it reinstated its 'A-' ratings on Wells Fargo&Co.'s trust-preferred securities Corestates Capital I, II, and III. In June 2009, we withdrew the ratings based on inaccurate information that the issues had been redeemed. Recently, however, we learned that they were still outstanding, and reinstated the ratings.
