NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Oct. 11, 2010--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today corrected its rating on Washington State Housing Finance Commission's $13.035 million revenue bonds series 2003 (for the Franke Tobey Jones project) due Sept. 1, 2033. The rating was corrected to 'AA/A-1+' from 'NR'. The long- and short-term components of our rating on the series 2003 bonds are based on our long- and short-term issuer credit ratings on Wells Fargo Bank N.A. ('AA/A-1+'). Wells Fargo Bank provides credit and liquidity support for the bonds in the form of a letter of credit. On March 15, 2010, we withdrew our rating on the series 2003 bond due to an error.
