NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Sept. 1, 2010--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today corrected its long-term rating on Vermont Student Assistance Corp.'s auction-rate education loan revenue bonds series 2000R to 'A (sf)/Watch Neg' from 'NR'. Due to an error, we withdrew our rating on the bonds on Dec. 21, 2007, and consequently did not include these bonds in our Aug. 9, 2010, CreditWatch action on other series of bonds from this issuer.
