Abstract:

MELBOURNE (Standard&Poor's) April 22, 2013--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it has corrected its rating on National Australia Bank Ltd.'s (AA-/Stable/A-1+) A$100 million floating-rate medium-term notes due October 2015 (ISIN: AU3FN0016770) to 'AA-' from 'A-', because of an administrative error. On April 19, 2013, we had erroneously recorded an 'A-' rating on the issue. The rating now correctly reflects the long-term senior unsecured status of the notes.
