Abstract:

LONDON (Standard&Poor's) Jan. 26, 2010--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today corrected an administrative error pertaining to its rating on a €65 million step-up callable medium-term note series 844 due Oct. 15, 2010, issued by Dexia Crédit Local (A/Stable/A-1). The issue is a senior unsecured bond and should be rated 'A'. However, the rating was inadvertently entered as 'AA+' in our database and was classified as a government guaranteed issue when first rated in October 2009. This error has now been rectified.
