Abstract:

CHICAGO (Standard&Poor's) April 6, 2010-- Standard&Poor's Ratings Services corrected and revised its rating outlook on the District of Columbia's revenue bonds, series 1997, issued for the Smithsonian Institution, to stable from not meaningful. Due to an error, on Jan. 25, 2006, we assigned a Not Meaningful outlook to our 'AAA' rating on these bonds.
