NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) July 29, 2009--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services corrected its outlook to stable from positive on Schuylkill County Industrial Development Authority, Pa.'s series 1999A bonds due Nov. 1, 2028, issued for Ascension Health, Mo. The rating is unchanged at 'AA'. We did not include this debt in our rating action on Feb. 12, 2009, when we revised the rating outlook on all Ascension Health debt to stable from positive.
