Abstract:

OVERVIEW On Dec. 31, 2010, we withdrew the 'AAA (sf)' and 'BBB (sf)' ratings on Trafigura Securitisation Finance's variable-rate CP funded senior and junior notes, respectively, due to an IT system error. We have now corrected this error and reinstated the 'AAA (sf)' rating on the senior notes and the 'BBB (sf)' ratings on the junior notes. Trafigura Securitisation Finance is a U.K. ABS transaction LONDON (Standard&Poor's) Jan. 26, 2011--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today reinstated its credit ratings on Trafigura Securitisation Finance PLC's senior and junior variable-rate commercial paper funded notes (see list below). We withdrew these ratings on Dec. 31, 2010, due to an IT system error. Trafigura Securitisation Finance is a U.K. asset-backed securities (ABS)
