Abstract:

NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) May 31, 2013--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today corrected its rating on Wells Fargo Bank N.A.'s $2.25 billion senior extendible notes due on July 20, 2018, by removing the 'A-1+' short-term rating. The 'AA-' long-term rating on the issue remains unchanged. Because these notes have a maturity date of more than 365 days from issuance, there should be only a long-term rating, and, therefore, we have removed the short-term rating.
