OVERVIEW On Feb. 3, 2011, we assigned a 'A' senior unsecured rating to a mortgage covered bond (series 577) issued by UniCredit. We were, though, not engaged to rate this bond issuance. On discovery of the error we have now withdrawn the rating. FRANKFURT (Standard&Poor's) June 1, 2011--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today withdrew its 'A' senior unsecured rating on UniCredit Bank AG's mortgage covered bonds ("Hypothekenpfandbriefe") €100 million series 577 issuance. We assigned the rating in error on Feb. 3, 2011 as we were not engaged to rate this bond issuance. The rating appeared as a senior unsecured issuance of the bank. On discovery of the error we have now withdrawn the rating on this series 577
