Abstract:

BOSTON (Standard&Poor's) Jan. 23, 2012--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services has corrected by reinstating its 'AA+/A-1' rating on Philadelphia, Pa.'s gas works revenue refunding bonds (1998 General Ordinance) series 8th D. The long-term component of the rating is based on the application of joint criteria assuming low correlation between Bank of America N.A. and Philadelphia's gas works. The short-term rating is based on the short-term rating of the bank.
