NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Feb. 15, 2011-- Standard&Poor's Ratings Services corrected by reinstating its 'AAA/A-1+' long-term and 'A+' underlying (SPUR) ratings on Louisiana Public Facilities Authority's series 2005D, issued on behalf of Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System Inc. (FMOLHS). The outlook on the SPUR is stable. The 'AAA' long-term component of the rating is based on the application of joint criteria (assuming low correlation) between the letter of credit provider, JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. (AA-/A-1+), and FMOLHS. The 'A-1+' short-term component of the rating reflects the short-term component of the rating on JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A.
