Abstract:

PARIS (Standard&Poor's) July 20, 2012--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it had reinstated its long- and short-term debt ratings on the USD shelf Series A program (unlimited) issued by Deutsche Bank AG (A+/Negative/A-1) at 'A+/A-1'. Due to an error, the ratings on this program were withdrawn on Dec. 26, 2007.
