NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) June 3, 2010--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services corrected by lowering its rating on Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency's rental housing refunding bonds series 2008A, 2008B, 2008C, and 2008D to 'AA/A-1' from 'AA/A-1+'. The outlooks remain stable. The long-term component of the rating is based on the obligor, Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (AA/Stable). The short-term component of the rating is based on the short-term rating on Bank of America N.A. (A+/A-1), which provides standby bond purchase agreements for each series of bonds.
