Abstract:

NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Jan. 12, 2010--Standard&Poor's Ratings corrected and lowered its rating on Michigan State Housing Development Authority's variable-rate demand bonds series 2007D-1 to 'AA+/A-1' from 'AA+/A-1+'. On March 3, 2009, Standard&Poor's lowered its rating on Bank of America to 'A+/A-1'. The short-term component of the rating is based on a standby bond purchase agreement with Bank of America. Due to an administrative error, this rating was left unchanged at the time of the downgrade of Bank of America.
