Abstract:

LONDON (Standard&Poor's) Aug. 1, 2011--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today corrected an administrative error in its rating on two subordinated debt issues of Italian bank UniCredit SpA (A/Stable/A-1). The ratings on the two debt issues below have now been corrected to 'A-' from 'A': €100 million index-linked medium term notes due April 24, 2018, and €50 million 5% medium-term notes due April 21, 2021.
