Additionally, Standard&Poor's has affirmed its triple-'B' rating on Maricopa County Industrial Development Authority's bonds series 1995B (Pine Ridge Cambridge Cove-on-44th Fountain Place Apartments), issued for Christian Relief Services. The outlook on the bonds has been revised to negative from stable. The negative outlook reflects poor operating performance of the pool of four cross-collateralized projects that secure the authority's bond issue.
