Abstract:

S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AAA' long-term rating (based on credit enhancement) and 'A+' underlying rating to Round Lake-Brewster Independent School District (ISD) No. 2907 , Minn.'s approximately $10.0 million series 2025A general obligation (GO) school building bonds. At the same time, we affirmed our 'A+' underlying rating on the district's GO debt outstanding. The outlook is stable. The underlying rating reflects the application of our " Methodology For Rating U.S. Governments ," published Sept. 9, 2024. ENGLEWOOD (S&P Global Ratings) May 14, 2025--S&P Global Ratings today took the rating actions listed above.
