...February 13, 2025 DALLAS (S&P Global Ratings) Feb. 13, 2025--S&P Global Ratings raised its long-term rating on Roseland Elementary School District, Calif.'s general obligation (GO) debt to '##-' from 'A+' and removed it from under criteria observation. The outlook is stable. "The upgrade is based on the application of our 'Methodology For Rating U.S. Governments' criteria," said S&P Global Ratings credit analyst Caroline Baird. The criteria were published Sept. 9, 2024, on RatingsDirect. Revenue from the district's unlimited ad valorem property tax secures the GO bonds.
