Verint recently announced that it will be unable to file audited financial statements covering the fiscal years ended January 2006 through 2009, as well as quarterly interim statements for 2009, by Jan. 29, 2010. We are placing our ratings on Verint, including the 'B' corporate credit rating, on CreditWatch Developing. In resolving the CreditWatch, we will monitor Verint's progress in meeting the financial reporting requirements contained in its senior secured credit facility. On Jan. 29, 2010, Standard&Poor's Rating Services placed its ratings on Melville, N.Y.-based Verint Systems Inc., including the 'B' corporate credit rating, on CreditWatch with developing implications, which indicates that we could raise or lower the ratings.
