We are affirming all of our ratings on UWR, including our 'A-' issuer credit rating. The outlook is stable. The stable rating outlook reflects our expectation that UWR will continue to manage its regulatory risk while maintaining financial measure that remain consistent with the lower end of the "intermediate" financial risk profile category. On July 22, 2015, Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'A-' issuer credit rating on United Waterworks Inc. The outlook remains stable.
