Intrum Justitia has a market-leading credit services business, above-average profitability, and relatively strong diversification, which reduce its regulatory exposure relative to peers'. In addition, Intrum's debt is moderate compared with peers' and we regard its liquidity as strong, supporting its creditworthiness. We are assigning our 'BBB-/A-3' ratings to Intrum. The stable outlook reflects our expectation that sustained growth in the purchased-debt portfolio and steady revenues from credit management services will continue to support Intrum's credit profile over the next two years.
