On Jan. 29, 2010, Standard&Poor's Ratings Services withdrew its ratings, including its 'A' corporate credit rating, on Santa Clara, Calif.-based Sun Microsystems Inc., following the redemption of Sun's outstanding debt by Oracle Corp. The withdrawal of Sun's ratings follow the redemption of Sun's outstanding debt issues, and our expectation that Sun will not be a debt issuer. Ratings Withdrawn To From Sun Microsystems Inc.
