S&P Global Ratings assigned its ?AA+? rating (credit enhanced) and ?A+? underlying rating to Stoddard County R-XI School District (Dexter), Mo.?s anticipated $17 million series 2025A general obligation (GO) bonds. We also affirmed our ?A+? rating on the district?s GO debt outstanding, our 'A+' issuer credit rating, and our 'A' rating on the district's certificates of participation (COPs). The outlook is stable. The underlying rating reflects the application of our " Methodology For Rating U.S. Governments ," published Sept. 9, 2024.
