The annual budgets approved by the government of Cote d?Ivoire for CI-Energies ensure that the company can fulfil its mandate while covering its debt servicing capacities. We expect this ongoing mechanism to remain supportive, well monitored by authorities, and properly seized to CI-Energies? needs. We think that the state will continue to fill the gaps in the budget to ensure CI-Energies can operate and honor its commitments in full in a timely manner. As a result, we increase our assessment of CI-Energies? stand-alone credit profile (SACP) to ?b-? from ?ccc+? to reflect the strength and efficiency of this ongoing support. We continue to see an extremely high likelihood that the government of Cote d?Ivoire will support integrated power provider CI-Energies
