Snacking Investments HoldCo Pty Ltd. (SI HoldCo) is the ultimate parent company of Snacking Investments BidCo Pty Ltd. (SI BidCo) and is the issuer of the group's consolidated financial statements. We view SI BidCo and Snacking Investments US LLC, the debt issuing entities of the SI HoldCo group, as core members of the group. We are assigning our 'B' long-term issuer credit rating to SI HoldCo. The outlook is stable. At the same time, we are withdrawing the issuer credit rating on SI BidCo. Our rating and outlook on SI HoldCo reflect the company's status as the ultimate parent of SI BidCo.
