S&P Global Ratings revised its outlook to stable from negative and affirmed its ?A-' rating on Saline County Community Unit School District No.3 (Harrisburg) ?s general obligation (GO) bonds and lease certificates outstanding. The outlook revision reflects our view that the district?s recent significant levy increases and expenditure management efforts have it on a path toward structural balance, with available reserves likely to remain sufficient for the rating despite a draw planned for fiscal 2025 to support operations.
