Abstract:

TORONTO (Standard&Poor's) July 16, 2015--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services corrected by withdrawing its issue ratings on the below-listed Freddie Mac Structured Agency Credit Risk (STACR®) notes, at the issuer's request. Earlier this month, the ratings had been inadvertently assigned to STACR® notes bearing the following CUSIP identifiers: 3137G0FT1 3137G0FW4 3137G0FZ7 3137G0FQ7 Standard&Poor's does not rate any other STACR® notes. Our ratings on Freddie Mac's senior unsecured debt remain 'AA+' on long-term issues, 'A-1+' on short-term issues.
