Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners has entered into an agreement to acquire Rinchem Co. LLC, a third-party logistics provider primarily to the semiconductor industry. The company will finance the transaction with a $35 million revolving credit facility (undrawn at close) and a $300 million term loan, as well as an equity contribution from Stonepeak. S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'B-' issuer credit rating to Rinchem. We also assigned our 'B-' issue-level rating and '3' recovery rating (rounded estimate: 55%) to the proposed first-lien credit facility. The stable outlook reflects our expectation that credit metrics will remain commensurate with the rating over the next year, with debt to EBITDA of around 6x in 2022.
