We are affirming our 'A-' ratings on Danish non-life insurer Tryg Forsikring and its subsidiary Tryg Garantiforsikring. We are subsequently withdrawing all ratings at the company's request. At the time of withdrawal, the outlooks on Tryg Forsikring and Tryg Garantiforsikring were stable. On May 6, 2016, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'A-' long-term insurer financial strength and counterparty credit ratings on Danish non-life insurer Tryg Forsikring A/S and its subsidiary Tryg Garantiforsikring A/S (Tryg Garanti), a surety insurer. We subsequently withdrew all ratings, including our 'BBB' issue ratings on Tryg Forsikring's debt, at the company's request. At the time of withdrawal, the outlooks on both companies were stable.
