On Jan. 14, 2011, we lowered our sovereign credit ratings on the Republic of El Salvador to 'BB-' from 'BB' We are lowering our long-term counterparty credit rating on Banco Agricola to 'BB-' from 'BB' The stable outlook reflects our expectations that Banco Agricola's business profile and financial performance will remain adequate for its rating category. On Jan. 17, 2011, Standard&Poor's Ratings Services lowered its long-term counterparty credit ratings on Banco Agricola S.A. to 'BB-' from 'BB'. The short-term ratings are affirmed at 'B'. The outlook is stable.
